Floor pan stiffeners: Own a Vw sedan? Own a VW convertible? Or maybe you just want to stiffen up your VW and apply that great horsepower to the road? You need Eyeball Engineering's Floor Pan Stiffeners for Type 1 VW's. Our stiffeners are hand jig bent (not heated). Only Eyeball Engineering has this special jig insuring a proper fit on your VW.

The stiffners are manufactured from 1¼" x 2" rectangular tubing. This 1¼" Wide tubing is special, making it a little pricey, but it fits in the pan channel far better then 1" tubing.

The inserts are aluminum recessed for a metric Allen bolt making the bottom of the rail as clean as we can make it.

Due to shipping problems We are going to ship all floor pan stiffeners RAW (no powder coat). We are adjusting the price to $250.
